Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online and paid are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return, including CD Keys, Gift Cards, Time Cards, Expansions, Game Points, Pre-paid Cards, Trial/Beta/Item Codes, Game Keys, Cosplay Items, and Discounted or Sale Items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your valid return, we will send you a message via Messenger to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:

• An exchange of merchandise for the item returned
• A non-transferable merchandise credit
• A credit to the payment card or original method of payment used for the purchase
• A check
• Another appropriate remedy determined in good faith

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details and we will guide you on the process to resolve the issue.
